A Celebration of Energy and Excellence


Queurth 2026, a colourful three-day festival of Vikrant University, it was an entertaining mix of culture, sports, technology and creativity, all on one cheering stage. The campus thrummed with a current of palpable excitement, a contagious enthusiasm, and the raw energy of youth. When the students stepped onto the stage, they unveiled their talents in a lively showcase

 

Spardha: Where Sportsmanship Shined


The festival commenced with a ‘Spardha’ sports event on February 16th and 17th. These two days were filled with competitive spirit, incredible athleticism and top-notch sportsmanship by our students in all the major sports events, displaying their teamwork, discipline and commitment to the task; they finished the event with an awards ceremony on the 18th that recognised outstanding athletic performances and cemented the competitiveness of the athletes.
Vikrant University was also proud to have its Cricket Team win the Overall Champion School Sports Trophy in the West Zone Inter University Games 2025-26 based on their outstanding performance, and in recognition of their hard work and dedication.
Sahil Choudhary was awarded a Sports Excellence Award for his international gold medal in Shooting; Yogendra Bhadoria was selected for the National Indian Cricket Team and Krishna Mishra for Rifle shooting. Their achievements inspired other students to strive to reach even greater heights and keep working hard to attain them.

 


ATHENA Tech Fest: Innovation in Action


In addition to the sporting events, the ATHENA Technology Festival 2026 contributed a tremendous amount of innovation and technical excellence to Queurth. On February 18, the tech fest provided students with the opportunity to develop their skills, experiment and demonstrate their creativity through numerous rounds of competitions that included events such as Logic Storm, Yantra Yodhha, Prastuti Parva, Engine Master, Udghosh Antand and others such as: Hose Management and Handling System; and Brain to Build. The challenges and competitions helped to develop students’ analytical skills; provided them collaboration opportunities with others; and demonstrated their skills in robotics, systems design, and project based Learning. ATHENA was truly more than just a technology festival,ATHENA was a platform where students were encouraged to push their boundaries; to think outside of the box and to create new technologies and solutions also challenge traditional thinking and adapt to the ever-changing technology landscape.

 

Cultural Evening: A Night to Remember


The cultural event on 18 February was the highlight of Queurth 2026, with many well-known dignitaries including Mr. T. Pratik Rao (Director Gwalior Municipal Corporation), Mr. Ravinder Singh (Principal District and Session Judge, Chhatarpur) Ms. Anisha Shrivastava (MPIDC Gwalior) and Mr. Munish Sikarwar (Additional Commissioner SAS ,Gwalior Municipal Corporation).

The evening included fantastic dances, beautiful music and many different performances on stage that represented creativity, cultural heritage and togetherness. The awards ceremony, which was part of this cultural evening, gave the event even more meaning by recognising students with great academic accomplishments with one of the students receiving an award , Akriti Chauhan winning the overall student of the year award, "The Vivekananda Award". Other students received recognition for their academic achievement, each representing effort and diligence.


Funfair & Star Attractions: Celebrating Creativity and Joy


An active funfair was also organized that showcased entrepreneurship, creativity, and entertainment. The atmosphere was brightened with each part of the campus that contained the numerous types of games and food stall for students to display their creative talents.
In addition, the presence of two celebrities, Ms. Richa Shivhare, Fashion Influencer, and Mr. Manish Kumar, the famous arm wrestler, added to the excitement at the fair, and both were great sources of excitement for the fans and everyone attending who experienced all the activities associated with the funfair. The Queurth funfair this year illustrated how student-developed innovative ideas can be developed into entrepreneurial opportunities from the ground up.



A Celebration Beyond Festivities


Queurth 2026 represented an experience rather than a one-time event. This festival embodied Vikrant University's vision of developing the whole person - through athletic achievement, technical achievement, cultural interest and creative effort. Queurth demonstrated that when provided with the opportunity for experiential learning, students develop as a whole person.
Queurth was successful in providing a platform where students could express themselves, work together with one another, and become leaders of tomorrow.

 


A Memorable Conclusion


As Queurth 2026 comes to a close, it has left behind a legacy in terms of memories, achievements, and inspiration.
The legacy of innovation, excellence, and unity that Vikrant University embodies will continue to thrive, propelled by the achievements of Queurth 2026.
