Vikrant University successfully conducted SANRACHNA-5, a Student Development Program on 20 May, 2023 through online mode. The program was organized as part of the department’s continuous efforts to strengthen the industry-academia interaction and provide students with valuable exposure to professional practices and career development opportunities.

Objectives:
- To acquaint students with the practical aspects of the corporate world.
- To guide students with career planning and professional development.

- To increase the engagement of alumni and inspire current students by the achievements of the alumni.
Event Overview:
The session was conducted by Ms. Anjali Parashar, Manager, SPARROW RMS, Gurugram, Haryana and an alumnus of Department of FT&SE . She shared with the participants her valuable experience and practical advice based on her academic and professional path. During the session, Ms. Parashar underscored the importance of lifelong learning, professional discipline, effective communication and the ability to adapt to the changing work environment. She spoke about the challenges and opportunities students will face when transitioning from academic to professional life and stressed the need to learn both technical and interpersonal skills. The interactive session provided students with insights into industry requirements, career progression and workplace expectations. Participants were actively involved in discussions and seeking advice on a variety of professional development issues. The online format facilitated significant interaction and guaranteed enthusiastic participation of students.
