Objectives:
- To provide students with exposure to current industry trends and expectations.

Event Details:
The session was conducted by Mr. Ankit Kumar, Assistant Manager, EID Parry India Ltd. He shared his vast professional experiences and insights of the industry with the participants. He stressed during his career on the need for technical knowledge, communication skills, problem solving capabilities and professional ethics for achieving career success. The interaction gave students more understanding of workplace culture, expectations of the industry and what employers look for in young professionals. Mr. Kumar also emphasized the importance of adaptability, team work and positive attitude in the fast changing professional environment today. Students took an active part in the session by posing queries on career development and industry expectations. The interactive nature of the program was both informative and inspiring to those in attendance.
